Why It Works
Dr. Paul Whatling brings more than clinical expertise. With a background in sports science, functional neurology, and a lifetime of high-level sport, he understands how the nervous system, posture, and performance intersect.
As Nova Scotia’s Chiropractor of the Year in 2019 and the former President of Chiropractors Nova Scotia, he also led the profession’s response during the COVID-19 pandemic, advocating for safe, effective care when people needed it most.
Having personally recovered from multiple injuries — including two Achilles ruptures — and now serving as the official chiropractor for the Halifax Wanderers Football Club, Dr. Paul brings real-world insight, credibility, and a passion for practical tools that help people thrive.
